Your responsibilities as a Back End Engineer will include:

• bRefining and optimizing AI prompts.
• bEvaluating and experimenting with AI models.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• b8+ years of experience developing performance‑critical applications in a production environment using Scala, Java, Kotlin, C#, Go or relevant modern programming languages.
• bStrong RDBMS knowledge (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or other).
• bAbility to direct significant company‑wide projects and sets technical vision.
• bGood command of the English language.
• bDeeply involved in making architectural decisions, setting the standard and direction for the team.
• bImplement advanced CI/CD pipelines and robust testing strategies to ensure seamless integration, deployment, and high code quality.
• bKnowledge in NoSQL, Queueing systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, MSMQ), and Play framework.
• bPassion for software development and continuous improvement of your knowledge and skills.

It’s Great if You Have

• bMachine Learning, GPT, prompt engineering and other AI project experience
• bCandidates with JVM language experience - Scala/Kotlin/Java and Python would be preferred
