As a Senior / Staff Nurse (Mental Ward),you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Collaborate with Nursing Leaders to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals with mental health conditions.
• Plan, provide, and evaluate nursing care based on patient needs, physician orders, and hospital policies.
• Educate and offer emotional support to patients and their families.
• Ensure compliance with hospital and nursing standards, policies, and best practices.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients at all times.
• Keep Senior Nurse Manager, Nurse Manager, and doctors informed of patient status, treatments, and outcomes.
• Supervise and mentor new and junior nursing staff, promoting a supportive and effective team.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing with a valid Singapore Nursing Board license.
• Advanced Diploma in Nursing (Mental Health) is preferred.
• Experience in acute care hospitals, especially psychiatric wards, is a plus.
