Job description

Responsibilities

• Carry out all preventive and corrective maintenance of non-clinical equipment assigned.
• Attend to Work Requests (WR) and carry out the necessary rectification required.
• Consolidate and submitting daily, all duly completed PM checklists and WRs to Engineer for compilation.
• Assist the Engineer/Technical Officer to supervise contractors/ vendors for preventive/ breakdown maintenance of equipment under warranty/ contracted period.
• Take part in testing and commissioning of new facilities and equipment when required.
• Identify and initiate spare parts procurements.
• Perform fabrication work and welding for innovation/improvement works when necessary
• Any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements

• Nitec in Mechanical/ Electrical or equivalent
• Must possess good oral and written communication skills
• Hard working and able to mult-task
• Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour.
• Certification in Tig/ General welding will be added advantage.
