Your role as a leader

As a Manager, you will demonstrate leadership in a mixed team of local and JCS members, managing projects while leveraging personal strengths to support project and client development.

Manager responsibilities include:

Requirements

  • Extensive consulting experience in strategy and operations within the consumer goods and food & beverage industries.
  • Focus area: growth strategy, mid‑term planning, sales transformation, marketing, and supply chain management reform; channel strategy (including omnichannel approaches); development of global strategy and operational structures.
  • Proven track record of contributing to securing projects through proposal activities.
  • Experience in leading projects.
  • Native level Japanese and business‑level English or native level English and business‑level Japanese.
  • In-depth consulting experience in a specific industry (technology, consumer, manufacturing, etc.).
