A healthcare organization in Singapore is seeking a professional to develop and implement clinical quality and patient safety strategies. The successful candidate will track Mortality & Morbidity submissions and design interventions for clinical incidents while identifying clinical risks. Candidates should possess strong planning, analytical, and communication skills. This role offers a contract position with opportunities to contribute to patient safety initiatives.
You will be working on the development, implementation and evaluation of clinical quality and patient safety strategies, programmes and initiatives. You will also track and review the clinical departments’ Mortality & Morbidity submissions, monitor and follow-up on the action plans.
In addition, your responsibilities include the development of appropriate, feasible interventions and solutions to eliminate, reduce or mitigate issues identified from clinical incidents, the identification of existing and emerging clinical risks in the organisation, and the design of corresponding risk management measures.
