About the job

As a Consultant, you will acquire first‑hand consulting experience in the banking industry, build knowledge on a wide range of companies, and apply project management best practices in a fast‑paced and intellectually challenging work environment. You will play a key role in building trusted client relationships through high‑quality deliverables and leveraging our industry expertise. • Bring extensive experience of automating manual processes, diagnosing existing inefficiencies and proposing innovative solutions based on specific needs.
• Translate high-level requirements into detailed documentation within the organization's context.
• Evaluate and analyse existing business processes and uncover areas for improvement.
• Ensure that user stories have sufficient details so that developers can estimate and work with them.

About you

• Degree holder in Accounting or any relevant courses; CPA, CFA certification is a plus.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Financial Accounting, Budgeting and Financial Reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, budgeting cycles, and management reporting within a banking or corporate finance environment.
• Ability to interpret complex financial data and translate into actionable business system requirements.
• Experience with OneStream is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Team player with a strong ability to drive risk initiatives across business functions.
