Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven experience designing and implementing strategic frameworks in dynamic business environments and demonstrated success leading strategic planning sessions and facilitating alignment among cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong market intelligence and data analysis skills, with exceptional ability to synthesize complex insights into clear, actionable executive‑level recommendations that drive business outcomes, managing multidisciplinary teams and workstream dependencies.
  • Eagerness to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment with an analytical mindset, continuously scanning the horizon for opportunities and risks that can influence the company’s growth trajectory and tackling novel challenges with a solutions‑oriented approach.
  • Track record of managing a rolling 12–24‑month strategic outlook and resource allocation repository.
