The candidate will be responsible for process optimization, providing technical support to sales, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. A Master's in Materials Engineering and 10 years of relevant experience in powder metallurgy are required. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential for communicating with regional teams. The role involves travel as needed and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant working experience in powder metallurgy.
• Experience in Engineering (Industrial), Manufacturing or related specialization.
• Practical experience in powder metallurgy involving metals, alloys, sintering, or hot pressing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the powder metallurgy production line.
• Develop and optimize Hot Press and Sintering procedures.
• Collaborate with Quality and Sales teams for technical support.
• Participate in new product development and trial execution.

Skills

Fluent in English

Mandarin proficiency

Strong knowledge in metallurgy

Hands-on experience in troubleshooting machinery

Good communication skills
