About the role

GIM Sports International Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Sports/Gymnastics Coach to join our team in the Central Region. This full-time position is responsible for providing high-quality coaching and instruction to our clients, with a focus on developing their athletic skills and performance.

What you'll be doing

• Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate training programmes for a range of gymnastic and sports disciplines
• Monitor and evaluate athlete progress, providing feedback and adjusting training plans accordingly
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for all participants
• Actively participate in the organisation and delivery of events, competitions, and displays
• Collaborate with the wider coaching team to share best practices and continually improve our programmes
• Maintain accurate records and reports on athlete performance and progress

• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills to be able to relate to students, parents and coaches with quality service
• Able to work both independently and as a team member
• Able to work during weekends and evenings when needed
• Must enjoy working with children
• Monitor, measure and evaluate effectiveness of the competitive program
• Coordinate practice planning, skill development, and design coaching strategies which prepare team for competition
• To provide clear, progressive and accessible development paths for all your gymnasts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire athletes
