  • Evaluate junior staff performance and provide mentorship
  • Conduct incident investigations and reporting

Training, Research & Professional Development:

  • Develop initiatives to improve efficiency and workplace safety
  • Oversee individual staff training plans and competency assessments
  • Organize drills, audits, and skill enhancement programs
  • Coordinate in-service training, research activities, and developmental projects

Requirements:
