Job Title: Sound Specialist / Audio Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sound Specialist who is able to fine-tune sound and music quality to create the best audio experience for our venue. The ideal candidate has a strong ear for sound balance, understands live and background music environments, and can adjust audio systems to suit different events, performances, and crowd sizes.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and fine-tune sound systems for live bands, DJs, and background music
• Adjust sound levels, equalization (EQ), and acoustics to ensure clear, balanced, and high-quality audio
• Monitor sound during live performances and make real-time adjustments when required
• Troubleshoot audio issues such as feedback, distortion, or equipment malfunction
• Work closely with performers, DJs, and management to meet sound requirements
• Maintain and properly handle audio equipment, including mixers, microphones, speakers, and amplifiers
• Conduct sound checks before events and performances
• Ensure sound levels comply with venue standards and local regulations

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience as a Sound Specialist, Audio Technician, or similar role
• Excellent ability to fine-tune sound and music for different environments
• Good listening skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work during evenings, weekends, and event hours
• Calm under pressure and able to solve technical issues quickly
• Team player with good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
