Qualifications

Area of Responsibility

Presales Consultant is an important role KM’s Office Solutions team. In Singapore, we pride ourselves and our strength to WIN over competition has always been our strength in differentiating from the competition with Office Solutions and also WINNING deals with the winning propositions from Office Solutions. The candidate’s main responsibility is to lead office solutions fact finding, proposals and presentation requirements in collaboration and support to the sales leaders and sales reps.

Essential Job Functions
  1. Develop and provide leading edge services, solutions and offerings which meet customers’ needs based on current and emerging technologies or business trends with company’s products (along with those from third parties where necessary) by understanding customers’ needs in office environment and providing consultative technical expertise on business solutions
  2. Demonstrate software solutions and articulate the benefits of solutions, e.g. technical benefits for technical audiences, business benefits for commercially oriented audiences
  3. Interface and work with both internal and external parties to deliver solutions i.e. change how companies work and not just selling a product
  4. Support business activities and project implementation by providing direct technical assistance including technical support and training when required
  5. Lead technical presentations, solution workshops, and proof-of-concepts.
  6. Design Solutions Architecture with simple design and complex clustering & high availability architecture with application failover or leveraging customer infrastructure.
  7. For career growth, technical involvement along with BDSG for Managed IT Services and Infrastructure (endpoint management, RMM tools, backup, security, cloud migration, networking and etc)
  8. Drive continuous improvement and ensure customer satisfaction through post-deployment support and review
  9. Any other duties assigned by Management from time to time
Requirements
