The Channel Partner Solution Sales Manager is responsible for driving the growth of Crayon Singapore’s XSP multi-vendor solutions portfolio through strategic engagement with our channel partners. This role combines solution sales, partner enablement, and business development to drive revenue growth and support our partners to differentiate their offerings in the market.

You will act as the bridge between Crayon, our vendors, and partners. You will support our partners in uncovering and driving key business opportunities aligned with shared strategic goals. In this central role, you will collaborate cross‑functionally across Crayon’s channel ecosystems and key stakeholders, fostering open discussion and the sharing of ideas from all team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and develop strategic channel partners to expand Crayon’s XSP solution footprint
  • Lead GTM execution with focus partners and act as the primary point of contact for solution positioning, licensing, pricing, and GTM initiatives
  • Co‑manage relationships with vendors such as Zoom, Alibaba Cloud, DocuSign, AvePoint, and Acronis
  • Drive revenue and gross profit growth for Crayon’s XSP portfolio
  • Identify new business opportunities with partners and vendors, including emerging solutions and trends
What we need to see from you
  • Proven B2B solutions sales or channel sales experience in the IT industry, with a strong track record of driving revenue and gross profit growth
  • Experience working with MSPs, VARs, SIs, and ISVs within the channel ecosystem
  • Familiarity with cloud, data protection, productivity, and security solutions, including common licensing models
  • Deep understanding of pipeline management, sales forecasting, and go‑to‑market (GTM) execution
  • Strong collaboration, relationship management, and partner engagement skills, and ability to build and maintain productive relationships with channel partners, vendors, and internal teams
  • Highly accountable and results‑oriented, taking ownership of initiatives and consistently delivering measurable business outcomes
