Job description

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design and implement end-to-end architectures connecting PC cybersecurity hardware, to a centralized infrastructure for data protection and management. The ideal candidate will focus on developing scalable, secure, and efficient solutions, ensuring seamless communication between system software and the central management infrastructure. This role plays a vital part in delivering a unified ecosystem for managing advanced cybersecure hardware solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop architectures that enable seamless integration of PC cybersecurity hardware, with centralized management systems.
  • Ensure robust communication between local system software and centralized services for data registration, monitoring, protection and control.
  • Design systems for secure data storage, encryption key management, and device registration.
  • Define and implement monitoring solutions to track device performance, health, and security status in real-time.
  • Design and develop APIs and communication protocols to connect system software to cloud-based or on-premises central management portals.
  • Optimize data synchronization and device communication for low-latency, high-throughput operations.
  • Collaborate with firmware, driver, and software teams to enable seamless hardware-software interactions.
  • Provide architecture guidance to ensure compatibility with various operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux).
  • Ensure architectures align with cybersecurity standards such as FIPS, ISO 27001, and NIST guidelines.
  • Design systems capable of managing a growing ecosystem of interconnected devices with high reliability and performance.
  • Optimize infrastructure to handle large-scale data logging, analytics, and alerting.
  • Create detailed documentation, including architecture diagrams, API specifications, and operational workflows.
  • Establish and promote best practices for system integration and deployment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in solution architecture, with a focus on integrating software systems with hardware.
  • Experience with developing centralized management systems, such as portals for device registration, monitoring, and configuration.
  • Expertise in backend programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#) and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with hardware communication protocols (e.g., NVMe, PCIe) and their software interfaces.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or on-premises solutions for building scalable and secure infrastructures.
  • Familiarity with database design for storing and analysing device data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex architectural challenges.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience designing and implementing management portals for managing large-scale hardware fleets (e.g., device inventory, health monitoring, or lifecycle management).
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, or other containerization technologies for managing scalable infrastructure.
  • Background in DevSecOps, emphasizing secure software and infrastructure deployment practices.
Benefits
  • Performance Bonus: Our company recognizes and rewards high performance with competitive bonuses tied to your results.
  • Restricted Stock Units (RSUs): We issue RSUs to contributors, offering you a stake in the company's success and aligning your interests with our long-term growth.
  • Career Advancement Opportunities: We provide clear career progression pathways and support your development to help you reach your full potential.
