About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Solution Architect to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between the sales and technical functions. Your main responsibility will be to design scalable, high‑impact solutions tailored to our clients' needs.
Your work will shape client engagement, drive market expansion, and ensure successful implementation of our technologies.

Job Responsibilities

• Acted as the primary liaison to the partners, leading major cross‑functional business and technology design decisions
• Provided technical presales leadership across the regions, supporting regional sales pipelines
• Delivered compelling demos and solution presentations, demonstrating Igloo product value and driving client interest
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to customize and implement the solution for strategic clients
• Oversee solution design and delivery across multiple product lines and distribution channels
• Translate business needs and customer pain points into detailed product requirements and user stories for internal development teams
• Own the coordination and completion of RFPs, including gathering inputs from cross‑functional stakeholders, crafting compelling responses, and ensuring timely submission
• Ensure successful production deployment and system integration
• Ensured seamless production launches and system integrations for mission‑critical implementations

Requirements

• 7+ years in solution architecture, presales, or a similar client‑facing technical role, preferably within enterprise SaaS or Insurance/Insurtech/Fintech verticals
• Proven ability to build scalable presales operations and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders
• Strong track record of successful enterprise implementations and client engagement in multi‑market settings
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
