Salary Range: (depending on experience and seniority)

We are hiring Software Testers to join our client engagement in the financial payments and technology domain. You will be part of a dynamic delivery team ensuring the quality, reliability, and compliance of critical financial applications and systems before release into production.

This role provides a chance to work in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment with exposure to high-volume financial transaction systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Planning & Execution: Develop and execute test plans and test cases for financial applications, ensuring compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
• Functional & Non-Functional Testing: Conduct functional, regression, performance, load, and security testing to ensure robustness and reliability.
• Automation & Manual Testing: Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts (Selenium, UFT, QTP, JMeter) while managing manual test scenarios.
• Defect Management: Identify, track, and resolve defects in collaboration with developers and business analysts.
• Compliance & Audit Support: Ensure test documentation aligns with internal and external audit standards.
• Performance & Monitoring: Conduct performance/stress testing and generate dashboards for stakeholders.
• Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Work with cross-functional teams and support junior QA engineers in best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of hands-on QA/testing experience in IT/software projects.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, and defect lifecycle.
• Practical experience with automation tools (Selenium, JMeter, UFT, QTP).
• Familiarity with Java, SQL, XML and debugging skills.
• Experience in financial systems, banking, payment gateways, or trading platforms is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must be stationed in Singapore.
• Availability: Immediate or within 2 weeks’ notice
