The Software Engineer contributes to the end‑to‑end software development lifecycle of a digital exchange platform. The role includes application development, integration, vendor coordination, and supporting testing phases across complex financial and blockchain‑based systems. It requires strong interest in blockchain, securities trading, and digital asset ecosystems, with the ability to translate business needs into functional technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement platform components including APIs and smart‑contract based integrations with financial institutions and blockchain networks.
• Manage external vendors, ensuring performance, timely delivery, and adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation across functional specifications, architectural design, and project plans.
• Prepare and execute testing phases, including UAT, non‑functional testing, and industry‑wide testing cycles.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC best practices, internal policies, and regulatory requirements, maintaining strong quality and test coverage.
• Support project management activities such as progress tracking, risk/issue monitoring, milestone reviews, and cost/scope control.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience in vendor management, IT service management, and structured testing methodologies.
• Exposure to securities trading, derivatives, cryptocurrencies, or blockchain technologies is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Hands‑on development experience with Go, Python, Node.js, Java, React, or Angular, preferably on AWS cloud.
• Familiarity with ITIL and technology risk management frameworks.
• Knowledge of financial exchange systems, including matching engines or market supervision, is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities with a collaborative mindset.
