Software Developer - Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Lead the architectural design and implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and/or Finance & Operations modules tailored to the client’s business requirements
• Develop comprehensive technical specifications and system blueprints for the Dynamics 365 ecosystem
• Design and implement custom entities, workflows, business rules, and security models within the Dynamics platform
• Architect and execute seamless integrations between Dynamics 365 and Broadsign SaaS solution for digital signage management
• Develop and configure Power BI integration for advanced analytics and reporting capabilities
• Lead hands‑on development of custom plugins, workflows, and Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules to align with media industry workflows and processes
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing coordination, and deployment activities
• Provide ongoing technical support and optimization recommendations post‑implementation

Profile

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology or similar modules
• Minimum 7+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Proven expertise in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and Power Platform development
• Strong experience with system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Azure Service Bus, and middleware platforms
• Demonstrated experience with Power BI development and advanced analytics implementation
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with SaaS platforms and enterprise systems (SAP integration experience highly preferred)
• Knowledge of Azure cloud services, particularly Azure Logic Apps, Functions, and Data Factory
• Broadsign experience advantageous
