As a Web Developer, you'll create and maintain the web platforms that connect talented traders worldwide with our proprietary trading systems, instant reward mechanisms, and AI-powered insights platform.

You'll work on high-impact projects that directly support our mission of democratizing access to institutional trading opportunities, while developing expertise in fintech and trading technology at one of Singapore's most innovative proprietary trading firms.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

• Build responsive, user-friendly web interfaces for trader onboarding, challenge management, and performance dashboards
• Develop interactive trading analytics and real-time data visualization components
• Create seamless user experiences for our instant cash reward system and milestone tracking
• Implement responsive designs that work across desktop and mobile platforms

Backend Integration

• Integrate frontend applications with trading APIs, payment systems, and database infrastructure
• Collaborate with backend developers to implement real-time data feeds and trading platform connections
• Work on user authentication, account management, and secure financial transaction processing
• Support integration with multiple trading platforms (cTrader, MatchTrader, DXTrade, Rithmic)

Platform Enhancement

• Contribute to the development of our proprietary AI insights platform interface
• Build tools for trader performance analysis and risk management visualization
• Develop admin panels for managing trading challenges and evaluating trader applications
• Optimize website performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility

Collaboration & Growth

• Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical architecture decisions
• Stay current with fintech industry trends and trading technology innovations
• Support the development of new features that enhance trader success and platform scalability

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with frontend frameworks/libraries (React, Vue.js, or Angular)
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and CSS preprocessors (Sass/SCSS)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Understanding of web performance optimization and security best practices

Preferred Experience

• 5+ years of development experience
• Experience with fintech, trading platforms, or financial applications
• Knowledge of data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js, or similar)
• Experience with real-time data handling and WebSocket connections
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Understanding of database systems and SQL
