About the Role:

We’re seeking passionate professionals to support at-risk youth through case management, rehabilitation programs, and community reintegration. Two role types are available:

1. Social Worker: Focus on casework, stakeholder collaboration, and holistic youth/family interventions.

2. Social Work Associate: Focus on program facilitation, volunteer management, and casework support within an institutional facility.

Key Responsibilities:

For Social Workers:

- Conduct individualized case management (assessments, intervention planning, reviews).

- Partner with Probation Officers (POs), Child Protection Officers (CPOs), schools, and employers for co-case management.

- Develop community partnerships for reintegration support.

- Document cases and present progress updates at review platforms.

For Social Work Associates:

- Design and lead rehabilitative programs (needs assessments, risk management, outcome evaluation).

- Facilitate therapeutic group sessions and apply trauma-informed care principles.

- Manage volunteer engagement (sourcing, training, coordination).

- Support casework (appointments, restorative circles, stakeholder liaison).

Shared Duties:

- Maintain casework/admin documentation.

- Collaborate with hostel operations for daily logistics.

- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

- Social Worker: Degree in Social Work + 2 years’ experience (youth/social services preferred).

- Social Work Associate: Diploma in Social Sciences + experience mentoring youth.

- Strong engagement/facilitation skills (both roles).

- Knowledge of social policies, restorative practices, and trauma-informed care.
