A reputable HR advisory firm is seeking a candidate to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents in Bukit Batok, Singapore. Ideal applicants should hold a Degree in Social Work and preferably possess experience in the social service sector. The role includes monitoring progress, conducting interviews, and submitting reports. Training will be provided to ensure candidates are equipped for success in meeting the care needs of approximately 50 residents.

• Working hours: Mon to Thursday (8am to 6pm) / (830am -630pm)

• Friday (8am to 5pm) (830am -530pm)
• *may need to work Saturday (once per month)
