About This Role

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Marketing Manager for the Food Category to lead our marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies tailored to the food sector, enhancing brand visibility, and driving customer engagement. You will work closely with our international clients to create promotional campaigns, manage social media accounts, and oversee live streaming sales operations. Your expertise will play a vital role in optimizing content quality and maximizing sales performance within our dynamic e-commerce landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement brand marketing and promotional strategies tailored to client needs in the food sector.
  • Collaborate with clients to design innovative marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage and maintain clients' social media accounts on platforms such as TikTok, Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), and Instagram.
  • Oversee live streaming operations, ensuring high-quality presentation and engagement during live sessions.
  • Handle video shooting and editing, creating compelling content for promotional purposes.
  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive traffic and sales.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing and promotional activities, specifically in food-related industries.
  • Proficient in video shooting and editing; experience with editing software is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of social media strategies and content management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in e-commerce or live streaming environments.
  • Familiarity with food industry marketing trends and consumer behavior.
