Now, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Social Media Marketer to help take our campaigns even further.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll lead the charge on social media strategy, campaign planning, and performance. You’ll lead a team of talented strategists, designers, content creators, copywriters, and data analysts across Asia, while working across a range of accounts—from MNCs to fast‑growing SMEs—crafting content, running paid media, and delivering reporting that actually means something.

  • Strategise and execute campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu
  • Create compelling written and/or graphic content tailored to each platform and audience
  • Lead your cross‑functional team to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery of social media content and paid ads
  • Use Meta Ad Manager and other tools to schedule, manage, optimise, and target campaigns
  • Track, analyse, and report campaign performance with insights and recommendations
  • Stay plugged into trends and changes in social platforms, bringing fresh ideas to the table
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align strategies and deliver measurable impact
What You Bring
  • Proven experience handling multiple social media accounts in an agency or high‑demand environment
  • Ability to manage and inspire a distributed creative and analytics team
  • Strong written English and creative storytelling skills
  • Strong analytical thinking with an eye for campaign data and platform performance
  • Experience working with both global brands and SMEs
  • Bonus: Interest or experience in Xiaohongshu, TikTok, or WeChat content marketing
