You will be part of a team responsible for leading the processing of prescriptions, medication management and other administrative duties in the intermediate and long term care setting.

Job Responsibilities

• Accountable for accurate and timely dispensing of medicine to the right patient
• Provide pharmaceutical care services toIntermediate, Long-term care (ILTC) facilities
• Staff Training & Development
• Maintain the administrative functions necessary for pharmacy operations
• Assist in the setup of medication management system at new ILTC facilities

Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmacy and registered as a Pharmacist with Singapore Pharmacy Council
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience in running ambulatory care clinics or providing pharmaceutical care servicesto nursing homes is an advantage.
