The Solution Consultant will play a key role in supporting RFQs, RFPs, and tenders related to the maintenance of IT Infrastructure (network and systems) and cybersecurity products. This role involves close collaboration with Client Sales Units (CSUs), sales specialists, costing teams, and vendors to develop compelling and competitive proposals.
The consultant will actively engage with customers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements, shape solution strategies, and position the right maintenance offerings. A critical aspect of the role is partnering with the internal pricing team to ensure solutions are accurately scoped, commercially viable, and aligned to clients’ needs—delivering value propositions that are both competitive and sustainable.
