A leading healthcare institution in Singapore seeks a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to support the WSH Management System. The ideal candidate will have experience in multi-disciplinary teams and possess strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include managing WSH issues for staff and workplaces, report writing, and training coordination. The SGH Workplace Safety and Health department has a vacancy for Senior Executive / Assistant Manager / Senior Assistant Manager who can contribute to the support, planning, implementation and maintenance of the WSH Management System to ensure WSH issues of all hospital staff and workplaces are addressed adequately.
The candidate should, preferably,
have experience working in a multi-disciplinary teams on a broad spectrum of projects.
be comfortable to writing and administrative work such as record keeping, report writing, minutes‑of‑meeting writing, project management, WSH committee management, WSH training and promotion.
be able to work independently and possess the initiative to complete tasks and projects assigned.
possess strong interpersonal skills with pleasant disposition and ability to work well and interact with people at all levels.
be inquisitive
