Overview

As the Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance, mentoring Relationship Managers, and identifying new business opportunities in line with market trends.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly overall sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers to ensure consistent productivity, high-quality output, and strong team morale.
  • Guide and develop the sales team in business processes, product knowledge, and effective lead generation strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, providing revenue forecasts, and implementing corrective actions to close performance gaps.
  • Ensure thorough due diligence is conducted to maintain the accuracy and quality of all Credit Proposals submitted by Relationship Managers.
  • Stay informed on current market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and develop potential prospects.
  • Build and maintain strong business networks to generate leads and drive business growth.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
