Descriptions:

• Basic up to $4000
• Monday - Friday: 8.00 am - 4.30 pm; Saturday 8.30-4 pm
• Building/ Site Construction

Job Scope:

• Capable of liaising effectively with consultants and subcontractors.
• Possesses the skills and competencies required to perform the duties of a construction supervisor on-site.
• Responsible for coordinating and supervising the structural and technical aspects of construction works.
• Oversees site building operations and ensures smooth day-to-day activities.
• Guides daily site operations while ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Monitors work progress and quality to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Willing to handle additional ad hoc tasks as assigned.
• Experienced in rebar works with strong proficiency in interpreting technical drawings.

Requirements:

• Building Construction Supervision Safety Course.
• Work-at-Height Course for Supervisors.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.
