Job Description

• Oversee Assembly Process: Supervise the assembly team to ensure products are put together correctly and efficiently.
• Quality Checks: Inspect products during and after assembly to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate assembly workers to maintain high performance and productivity.
• Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve any assembly or quality issues quickly to minimize production delays.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all workers follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and assembly activities.
• Improve Processes: Suggest improvements in assembly and quality control processes to increase efficiency and reduce defects.
• Collaboration: Work with other departments like production planning and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on production, quality issues, and team performance.
• Ensure Compliance: Make sure the team follows company standards and industry regulations related to quality and safety.
