Job description

1. Supervising workers and subcontractors
2. Preparing site induction and safety briefings
3. Managing safety hazards
4. Ensuring work is carried out according to schedule
5. Communicating effectively with all employees
6. Organizing workflow and ensuring all employees understand their duties and tasks
7. Monitoring employee productivity
8. Ensuring workers are diligent and maintain a positive attitude. Completing assigned work on time, maintaining good relations with colleagues, and working overtime as required by the company. Clearly explaining work processes to employees and ensuring timely and effective completion of tasks.
