Job description

• Team Management:Leading, motivating, and guiding team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support.
• Task Delegation and Oversight:Assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring work meets quality standards and deadlines.
• Performance Management:Evaluating employee performance, providing feedback, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Training and Development:Onboarding new hires and providing ongoing training to enhance skills and productivity.
• Communication:Acting as a liaison between employees and upper management, relaying information and addressing concerns.
• Problem Solving:Identifying and resolving operational challenges, including employee conflicts and workflow issues.
• Compliance:Ensuring that employees adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and relevant regulations.
