A construction company in Singapore is seeking a Construction Supervisor responsible for overseeing site operations, leading teams, and ensuring safety and productivity. Candidates must possess a National Certificate in Construction Supervision with at least 5 years of experience or a relevant diploma with 3 years of experience. Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities

• Material and Equipment Control
• Leading and Managing of workers and sub-contractors on site
• Supervise workers to ensure that work is done safely and with productivity
• Communicate and cooperate with Project Manager and site team to report project status on a regular basis
• Assist and support engineers in the work assigned

Job Requirements

• Possess a National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCSS) and at least 5 years of similar capacity relevant working experience in the building construction industry; or
• Possess a recognised Diploma in Architecture/Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management and at least 3 years of relevant working experience in the building construction industry; or
• Relevant working experience of minimum 15 years working in past construction projects

Candidates with more experience may be considered for more senior positions.
