The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of relevant experience, a strong understanding of specifications and drawings, and can handle various onsite tasks. This role also involves preparing reports and ensuring compliance with technical specifications.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required.
• Experience with track records in A&A projects would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities and progress independently.
• Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub-contractors.
• Prepare daily progress reports and work schedules.

Skills

Good knowledge of reading specifications and building drawings

Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities and progress independently.
• Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub-contractors to perform on site work.
• Resolve design site problems encountered during the construction period.
• Prepare daily progress report and work schedule.
• Able to understand structural drawing, specifications and requirements.
• Monitoring and control of contract works to ensure compliance with technical specifications, code of practice, scope of work and to enforce safety regulations.
• Experience in leading a group of RC workers is an advantage.
• Perform onsite installation, troubleshooting, repair, routine checks and maintenance.
• Responsible for general electrical fitting work.
• Other work-related duties as and when required.
