• Experience in chiller & air conditioning system, ACMV & HVAC (M&E).

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of M&E project requirements and contract requirements.
• Able to manage projects/ claims/ sub-contracts.
• Meet with clients to define and document their requirements.
• Oversee the installation of M&E services according to specifications.
• Monitor working practices on-site and manage contractors.

Job description

• Site Project Manager
• Working Days: 5.5days
• Working Timing: Mon to Fri 8am to 5:30pm & Sat 8am to 12:30pm
• Working Location: Woodlands / Site Office
• Salary: $5,000 to $8,000 depending on experience

The role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, project management methodologies and the ability to work in both office and field settings.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Knowledge of M&E project requirements and contract requirements
• Able to manage projects/ claims/ sub-contracts
• To able to work odd hours (if necessary)
• Meet with clients to clearly define and document their requirements and expectations for each project.
• Oversee the proper installation of M&E services, verifying that all work is completed according to the established specifications and standards.
• Monitor working practices on-site, manage contractors, and report any instances of non-compliance to your line manager to facilitate prompt resolution.
