• Manage project team, production planning, and procurement of materials.
• Co-ordinate work on site and resolve site issues.
• Prepare and submit technical documentation for projects.
• Review Risk Assessment and ensure safety compliance on site.
• Handle equipment handover and prepare documents for certification.

Job description

1.1 Plan, schedule, implement and oversee crane and hoist projects from sales contract to completion of delivery ( site visit mandatory ).

1.2 Manage project team, production planning, QC and procurement of crane components, steel materials and electrical accessories for production.

1.3 Co-ordinate work on site, including attending site meeting and liaison with contractors, vendors and customers. Resolving site issues and interfacing with sub-contractors.

1.4 Schedule, monitor project status, preparation and submission of technical documentation, calculations and drawings.

1.5 Prepare all technical documents/drawings for projects, liaising with third party consultants, builders, developers and clients for timely submission and/or contract compliances

1.7 Understand, prepare and periodically review Risk Assessment, Method Statement and Safe Work Procedures in accordance to Bizsafe4 standards. Co-ordinate safety compliance on site and timely submission of all safety documentation ( lifting plans, work permits etc )

1.8 Handle equipment handover on completion of project and preparation of documents for testing and commissioning and PE certification
