• Ensure that the design and construction works comply with all relevant statutory acts.
• Responsible for daily on-site technical matters.
• Supervise & coordinate day-to-day site works including maintenance and safety.
• Plan and monitor progress against the project plan.
• Conduct regular site inspections and upkeep site records.
• Lead and manage duties for workers.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure that the design and construction works comply with all the relevant statutory acts, regulations and practices
• Responsible for daily on-site technical matters
• Take actions to deal with the results of delay, bad weather or emergencies at construction site
• Plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the project plan to ensure target milestone is met
• Supervise & coordinate day-to-day site works, including subcontract works, maintenance, safety and quality control
• Regular site inspection & upkeep site record including preparation of master schedule and cost control
• To lead and manage duties for our own workers
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior(s)

Requirements

• Experience in construction projects

• Minimum of 10 years working experience in the related field
