• Perform a range of site maintenance activities to achieve outcomes.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment for emergency repairs.
• Provide operational support and act as first-line supervisor.

• Assign short-term work schedules to subordinates.
• Monitor team performance and manage appraisals.
• Follow Health, Safety and Environment policies.
• Plan and coordinate testing and inspection of products.
