Site Engineer Responsibilities
- Checks Quality of materials such as Cement, Sand, Steel bar and other Construction materials.
- Checking and inspecting the quality of works during construction.
- Checking actual construction according to drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with the clients for whatever revision on drawings and in actual Construction and Submit weekly site works progress report to the client.
- Project Planning.
- Materials and Resources Forecasting and Procurement process.
- Get prepared Drawings.
- Preparing Bar Bending Schedule and Quantity take-off records.
- Layout and Marking the Foundations.
- Execution of the Entire Building Structures.
- Site Engineer, Class 3 driver, AutoCAD drawing, office admin works.
Reporting to the Managing Director of Innovation and working closely with the Team of Innovation, the primary role of the Projects coordinator is to organize and attend to the business needs of the interested parties in the community. Interested parties are not limited to customers, business partners, service providers and visitors (in terms of walk-ins and phone enquiries).
Project Coordinator Responsibilities
- Attend to the community needs, provide recommendations or/and connect them with the right parties and resources.
- Give the enquiries the necessary attention to ensure the service level is met.
- Support the sales team to maintain good relationships with the community.
- Assist the sales team in proposals and quotations for potential business arrangements.
- Keep and maintain records and database of existing community.
- Be up to date on the services being introduced, offered, or discontinued.
- Answer to telephones queries and respond to email enquiries diligently.
- Work together with the sales team to schedule appointments, answering phones, and tracking of customer’s business records.
- Discuss with the sales team in timely engagements to identify areas that need improvements.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks relevant to the business needs of the team.
Requirements
- At least Diploma Certificate or any related 3 above years customer service experience.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel, and other computer literacy skills.
- Excellent customer service, listening and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to visualize the current tracking status of each transaction and present the necessary update(s) when prompted.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Possess an amiable personality and able to connect easily within the community in terms of their needs.
