Job description

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities and site progress in accordance with the master and detailed work schedule.
• Plan, implement, and monitor work sequences to ensure timely project delivery.
• Liaise with Professional Engineers (PE) on temporary works design and approval.
• Coordinate with consultants (QPS) for technical matters and manage site activities involving subcontractors.
• Handle and resolve technical and engineering issues arising on-site.
• Provide guidance to supervisors and site personnel to ensure works are executed according to schedule and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety requirements.
• Prepare reports, method statements, and other project documentation when necessary.
• Manage site workforce, ensuring safety, housekeeping, and operational efficiency.
• Supervise daily site operations closely to maintain smooth workflow.
• Perform any other ad-hoc engineering and site duties as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in LTA civil infrastructure projects.
• Experience in D-Wall, bore piling, tunnelling, ERSS, structural, and underpinning works is required.
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
