About Our Client

Our client is a leading retail fit-out group in Asia. With a strong focus on quality design, production, and service, they offer comprehensive turnkey solutions in design, project management, custom fixture manufacturing, and roll-out management.

What you'll be doing?

Project Management: Oversee on-site projects to ensure timely completion and smooth operations.

Contractor Liaison: Collaborate closely with contractors on work scope, progress, and schedules to maintain project momentum.

Financial Planning: Prepare detailed quotations, job schedules, and project budgets to keep projects on track and within financial parameters.

Team Coordination: Facilitate seamless communication between team members and contractors to ensure project success.

Quality Control: Monitor work quality and oversee contractor rectifications to maintain high standards.

Progress Tracking: Keep a close eye on daily work progress to ensure projects stay on schedule.

Technical Verification: Verify on-site dimensions against drawings to ensure accuracy and prevent issues.

Stakeholder Management: Work collaboratively with sales teams, clients, and contractors/suppliers to address and resolve any project-related issues.

Who are they looking for?

Educational Background: Candidates with a Diploma in Architecture, Building, Quantity Surveying, or related fields are encouraged to apply.

Industry Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in retail/corporate office interiors or renovation industries. Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Managerial position.
