- Developing the construction plans with teams, review and follow up the Works.
- Monitoring progress, tracking budgets, managing project schedules.
- Overseeing the daily activities of work teams and managing the technical execution of specific project.
- Collaborating and communicating effectively with all stakeholders.
- Preparing and submitting progress reports, site reports, and technical documentation.
- Conducting quality assessments, ensuring compliance with industry standards, legal guidelines, and design specifications.
- Any other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, preferably from a university recognized by the Singapore PE Board or BCA.
- Fresh graduated, 1-2 years’ experience in Civil Infrastructure Engineering (Construction).
- The ability to quickly and effectively diagnose and resolve unexpected technical challenges that arise on a construction site.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills to supervise work crews and delegate tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey instructions, report progress, and coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical fitness and mobility for on-site work and inspections.
