The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of legal experience, be admitted to practice in a relevant jurisdiction, and be fluent in English and Mandarin. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of legal experience in large corporations or reputable law firms.
• Admission to practice in at least one jurisdiction (e.g., Singapore, Hong Kong, UK, or US).
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and willing to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end legal support for trading operations.
• Draft and review international contracts and compliance matters.
• Liaise with overseas offices and regional stakeholders.
