Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to the patients
• Serving food and drinks to patients and clearing it once patients have finished their meals
• Checking food served against patient meal orders
• Assist in inventory management
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around the workstation and strictly abide by health/sanitation regulations
• Assist nurses to meet patient's nutritional needs
• Maintains levels of confidentiality and discretion for patients.
• Any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the Manager

Timing

• Any 5 days in a week (1 weekend inclusive PH)
• 10am – 7.30pm & 7am to 4.30pm (cannot choose)
• Total working hours per week: 42 hours

Requirements

• Have to work 1 weekend
• Able to work on PH
