• Available Locations: Island wide, depending on outlet vacancy
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Team Commission
• Retail Working Hours: Shift Work (included weekends and public holidays)
• 3 months contract convert to perm

Requirement

• Minimum GCE N/O Level qualification or equivalent
• At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or team-lead role, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or spa environment
• Strong spoken and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills; proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
• Able to mentor, motivate, and lead a team towards achieving business goals
• Comfortable with retail work schedules, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Passionate about the beauty industry and committed to delivering great customer service
