Role Responsibilities
  • Manage import and export documentation, shipping processes, and customs clearance in compliance with Singapore and international trade regulations.
  • Plan and manage material requirement, including inventory tracking, stocktaking, and safety stock management.
  • Support supply chain planning to ensure timely production and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouse partners to ensure on‑time delivery and smooth logistics flow.
  • Monitor transportation schedules and resolve issues such as delays, shortages, or documentation discrepancies.
  • Establish and maintain internal procedures and records for import/export and material control activities.
  • Provide material demand forecasts to support production and procurement planning.
  • Prepare logistics and material control reports, highlighting trends and recommending improvements.
Role Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related fields.
  • Experience with bonded warehouse or Free Trade Zone operations preferred.
  • Knowledge of HS Code classification, ECCN, and export control regulations.
  • Prior experience in semiconductor or manufacturing material control is an advantage.
  • Solid knowledge of INCOTERMS, international trade practices, and Singapore customs regulations.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills for inventory and material planning.
  • Detail‑oriented, responsible, and effective in communication and cross‑functional collaboration.
