• Relevant experience in customer service or logistics.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with customers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls and email enquiries.
• Activate/register shipments into the system.
• Co-ordinate/follow-up with customers and vendors for shipment/transport arrangements.
• Arrange for customs clearance applications.
• Generate invoices for services.
• Generate daily operations reports.
• Update Track and Trace events.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Working Hours and Locations (can choose):

1. Tampines Industrial Ave (near to Tampines IKEA)
   Day shift: 7:30am - 5:15pm
   Noon shift: 1:15pm - 11:00pm
   Night shift: 10:30pm - 8:15am
2. Greenwich Drive (near Hougang region)
   Day shift: 8am - 545pm
   Noon shift: 11pm - 845pm

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to calls and email enquiries
• Activate/register shipments to system
• Co-ordinate/follow-up with customers and vendors for shipment/transport arrangement
• Arrange for customs clearance application
• Generate invoice for services
• Generate daily operations reports
• Update Track and Trace events
• Other duties as assigned
