A leading HR advisory company in Singapore is seeking a Shipping Executive to handle shipping documentation and related tasks. The role requires preparing various shipping documents including BL, Commercial Invoice, and more. Ideal candidates should have 1-2 years of relevant experience and be adept at ensuring compliance with customer requirements. This position offers a competitive salary range of $2,800 - $3,300 and operates five days a week, with working hours from 8:30am to 5:30pm.

• 1-2 years’ relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of shipping documents such as BL, Commercial Invoice, Packing list, Insurance, Custom Forms, COO etc.
• Apply SFA Export Health Cert & Free Sale Cert.
• Arrange courier of samples and documents.
• Prepare shipping marking.
• Ensure all outbound shipping documentation process in a timely manner.
• Data entry and filing of documents.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned.

• Prepare full set of shipping documents such as BL, Commercial Invoice, Packing list, Insurance, Custom Forms, COO etc. (For LC shipment, sea shipment & air shipment)
• Apply SFA Export Health Cert & Free Sale Cert
• Arrange courier of samples and documents
• Prepare shipping marking
• Ensure all outbound shipping documentation process in a timely and complies with customers’ requirement
• Data entry and filing of documents
• Other ad hoc duties assigned
