Job summary

A logistics service provider in Singapore is seeking candidates for a role involving the preparation of shipping documents and coordination with overseas agents. The ideal candidate should have a Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics, and be capable of starting immediately. This position operates Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5:30 pm with a salary of up to $2800.

Qualifications

• Min Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics.
• Able to start work immediate or on short notice.
• Experience in shipping documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handling and preparation of shipping documents.
• Liaise & coordinate with overseas agents and customers.

Job Scope

• Handling and preparation of shipping documents (eg: billing of lading, tax invoice and others)
• Sending pre-alert and manifest to overseas agents.
• Well verse in export permit and Certificate of Original application process.
• Liaise & co-ordinate with overseas agents / customers / co-loaders to ensure smooth delivery of shipments.
• Ensure all paperwork are in order and in compliance with the Company’s policies.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Location: Robinson Road
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 5:30pm)
• Salary: up to $2800
