Job Title: Shipping Assistant
Location: Tuas
Working Hours: 5 days, 8:15am - 5:30pm (Mon – Fri)
Salary: $2800-$3000

Job Scope

• monitor and update shipment status daily to ensure both internal teams and external stakeholders receive timely updates
• coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouse personnel to prevent delays and resolve logistics issues
• handle shipping documents including Letter of Credit (LC), Bill of Lading Drafts (BL), Insurance Proposals, Declaration of Carrier, Verified Gross Mass (VGM) Form, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Quality, GST Form (Goods Return from customer), Verification of Permit etc.

• 2 years of experience as a Shipping Assistant, with experience in Declaration of Carrier.
