Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance checks in accordance with Japan and Singapore FDA requirements.
• Manage and maintain owner accounts.
• Handle accounts payable processes, including purchase invoices, FDA records, payments, and receipts in Sage.
• Issue invoices and monitor shipping schedules to ensure timely billing.
• Work closely with the operations team to support day-to-day activities.
• Assist with the preparation of reports, regulatory filings, and related documentation.

Education
